Man, i can't sleep, it has been 5-6 months I haven't slept well for once. Even birds chirping irritate me so much that I want to just torture them to death. Worst is I have to hear noise of everyone from neigbor to family members. I can't stand it. My room is so dogshit. I can't even sleep in it it is illuminated how do I even sleep here man. I can't sleep properly in night since I study till 3-4 am and there's no other way for me. I get woke up by 9 am due shit ton of noise from neighbour faggot kids that are small and my family talking watching tv. What do I do man. This way I won't even be able to get a job, my prep is ruined.

It's not working,my screen time from phone is barely 1.5 hrs-2.5hrs max to max. Rest is just laptop. I am able to sleep around 3-4 am but I eventually wake up around 8-9 due to noise, then whole day I feel mentally heavy and can't sleep until it's 3-4 am again. Also my brain keeps racing thoughts whenever I try to get a nap. I am also very stressed due to academics and placement related shit

use f.lux on your laptop and other devices
and get a cheap smart light bulb that will change its blue light over time
By timing the blue light you can essentially go to sleep whenever and get up also whenever you want
and get some earplugs to deal with the noise
also everybody is stressed out due to academics its normal and ur not special
whining and bitching won't rly help or change anything
