Btw he's not namboothiri (indian), he was a konkani brahmin but his family migrated to Kerala a century ago. I remember getting confused when he called his mom and started talking in a weird language and I was surprised to learn he wasn't a mallu because nothing about his accent or behaviour showed he was a non mallu.
