Trying to learn and do a handstand. Just doing the beginner stuff like keeping feet on wall and balancing using hands. But my pressure in head gets so bad that I feel i will rupture my blood vessels, how to stop this feeling.

Try to clench your leg muscles for better blood flow. If your legs are just there then obviously most blood would be accumulated in head

Practice pushups like one anon said, also practice frog stance. This will prep you up for handstand.
I am also trying to learn but problem is not the weak hands but weak core, prolly also have a pelvic tilt. I just can't control my abdomen/buttocks area, feels like they are not part of my body
