i am not NT and even i can hold a conversation, you just gotta speak a lot of words without saying anything.
try to consoom normie media, that's basically what most of them yap about endlessly. i don't even do it, i just watch random clips of whatever TV slop is trending and i have enough material to keep a conversation for a good amount of time.
also, you have to gaslight yourself into thinking "bleh, ugly ass hoe". that will actually give you confidence to talk to her and detachment from her approval, so you will not be under pressure and fumble.
it's very hard and it took a lot of time to condition my mind to think this way, but it works, trust me. i am as autistic as they come, and girls are now impressed simply by the fact that i can hold a conversation like a gentleman without making dehati jokes and keeping eye contact.

keep uninterrupted eye contact and slightly nod your head occasionally to let her know you're paying attention
when you speak, don't constantly keep eye contact. break it once every few sentences for a second or two, and reestablish it. if you're in a group, try looking at everyone's eyes occasionally. also, move your hands when you speak.
if you start doing this consciously, with enough practice, it will come naturally to you. then you won't even need to think. you'll just keep talking.

Whenever I talk to a girl of my age, I end up calling her bhai sahab. I've never talked to a girl in my life and I don't know how to talk with them. When I try to be casual, I end up calling them bhai sahab (more than once) without even realizing.
