I finished my driving lessons a week ago, I drove around my town while the instructor supervised my mistakes and honestly, it isn't that bad as long as you master clutch control and steering first. Drive slow in 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear rest is just anticipating the speed changes (via engine/paddle breaking).

how to learn to drive bike or scooter if the last time that I'd rode a bicycle was around 13 years ago?

i dont want to say this but honestly some people are such paranoid faggots that they really cant drive with confidence and will break so hard. you are likely one of them, only way to live is to be a little carefree otherwise you arent going to be driving.
