1. Multiplying Food (Battle of the Trench)
During the Siege of Medina (Khandaq), a companion named Jabir bin 'Abdullah prepared a small amount of food. The Prophet spat into the dough and the cooking pot while invoking blessings, which resulted in the food feeding over 1,000 men without running out.

Key Detail: "Then she brought out to him the dough, and he spat in it and invoked for Allah's Blessings... then he proceeded towards our earthenware meat-pot and spat in it..."
2. Filling a Dry Well (Treaty of Hudaybiyya)
When the Muslim army ran out of water at Hudaybiyya, the Prophet rinsed his mouth with a little water and threw it into a dried-up well. The water then surged up, providing enough for 1,400 people and their animals.

Key Detail: "The Prophet (ﷺ) sat at the edge of the well and asked for some water with which he rinsed his mouth and then he threw it out into the well."
3. Healing Injuries and Ailments
The most famous medical instance occurred at the Battle of Khaybar. Ali ibn Abi Talib had a severe eye infection and could not see. The Prophet applied his saliva to Ali’s eyes, and they were healed instantly.
