Him and others organized the Delhi Riots which got multiple people killed.
They also conspired and admitted to organizing secessionist movements in Kashmir, West Bengal, Assam/Chicken neck etc.
On the surface level they would always subvert India by claiming they or others want freedom from it, and inside muslim circles they would give speeches about Ghazwa-E-Hind
They are stereotypical Indian muslims - who want to islamify India or at the very least want muslims to take more land from Hindus.
Anybody celebrating them should be put on a future death list/outcast list (which means anybody on the list can be killed freely without the law interfering).
They are currently simply postponing all trials because they hope that BJP will lose in the future and they will get off with a much lower sentence.
By doing so they can also claim to the outside world (which knows nothing about Indian law) that they aren't getting a fair trial.
