Blaady this is not first world nation. Even saaf paani is a luxury here. Nearly 100% of donated blood is screened in those western nations. This isn't happening in a country riddled with corrupt babuns. Even if one bad lot of blood goes without screening, dozens of gawreebs will die from aids.
