India could sky rocket development if decides to act as main character instead of beta bitch and championing democracy .
It could stay democracy if it wants but it would be easy for external forces to manipulate or infiltrate for their agendas.
Imagine if goberment dumps forex reserves (preemptive USD freeze escape) invades pak &annexes , backdoor agreement and some deals with chink bots, and face sanctions (Us needs us more than we need them so can they fuck themselves) .
Look at iran , how they became self sufficient after getting sanctioned.
