Remote viewing is the practice of using your innate psychic ability to perceive something distant in space or time. All humans have psychic intuition, which is always on and always working and always taking in bits of information about the environment. With practice, you can consciously direct this ability to focus on a particular target and become consciously aware of the information you are receiving.
You can try remote viewing yourself right now with just a pen and paper.
This is the simplest protocol possible for the completely uninitiated. Anyone can do this.

>write your target reference number on the paper
>close your eyes and take a deep breath
>try to notice any surprising thoughts, ideas, or intimations
>these can be visual, such as contours, edges, shapes
>these can come in any of the other senses, sounds, smells, textures
>if you get something visual, try to sketch it quickly
>anything else, just write out the words
>avoid guessing, i.e. "it looks like a _____" and focus on what you're perceiving
>if you catch yourself guessing, just write out your guess, and then continue to focus on the actual visual data you're seeing
>allow yourself to take 15 to 30 minutes doing this
>when you're ready, click View Feedback
>try to match elements in your sketches and notes to elements in the image
>elements you've drawn will probably be distorted, disjointed, and out of order, but try to put them together like a puzzle
>take a highlighter and circle or highlight anything that is in your feedback image
