My friendo and his baap was part of the organization. When I was in class 10th, he invited me to join the shakha activities for the day. It was summer vacations and I had nothing else to do so I went there to pass some time. It was surprisingly wholesome. The seniormost member uncle was a doctor irl and he sang a few songs in praise of Shivaji. Then they all talked shit about mullas and mughals for a while. Then came the fun part. We all played rassakushi and phootbaal and kirket and pakdan pakdai. Most of the members were uncles and only my freindo and myself were teenagers. There were some other young guys as well but most were uncles.
At the end they distributed kela and lassi packets to all the participants and then we all went home.
