BJP isn't really anti muslim, IDK why people say that. Switzerland for example has: outlawed burkha, outlawed prayer calls, outlawed child brides (and no muslim personal law existed in the first place).
BJP has actually increased the salary of mullahs and fortified social systems in India , which causes muslims to have more children and influence.
They are simply the only option that exists for Indian Hindus, so they don't really have to work to retain them - BJP actually caters to muslim a lot more than people think.
The solution for muslims in India requires a completely new line of thinking and acting. Humans aren't really capable of acting the way that is needed, because such a situation has never ocurred before.
The biggest anti muslim force in India is simply Indian Hindus existing. Just coexisting with polytheists and idol worshippers is extremely unbearable for devout muslims.
So praying and building temples, as well as tearing down mosques is a fairly good deterrent.
Ultimately a depopulation of muslims is needed , but Indian leaders probably aren't high IQ enough for a move like that that doesn't draw attention from the whole world.
