What do you think about the sanctity of the cow? When shudras move away from Hinduism, will the sanctity of the cow go away? This would make sense since per capita shudras are more lactose intolerant.

Not in my control and historically this has happened, many mleccha settlers got given their (indian) into Shudra status so I dont see why that will be a problem now scripturally, again this is a question you should ask the Shankaracharyas not me.

I can't speak on behalf of all Shudras because Shudra itself is not a monolith unlike brahmins, and the only way I can speak for shudras is from the scriptural view and from that I dont see a problem since a precedent of others being included to shudras already exist historically
