I would say daal bati with laal maas, with some chaach, has lentils and meat but also uses a lot of ghee and dairy products. A little more balanced than just pure refined carbslop if you keep quantity of meat higher. Lassun ri chutney included, white people can't eat it, and if the meat is jhatka muslim and jews can't eat it either.

What is interesting is, NE people get lot of shit for eating beef but it's not even "gau" as well all know it. It is mithun and a bison, thus it is out in category of rishaba/gaura and other animals in scriptures. I wish states would make harming a cow punishable by death so eating these form of red meat, like yak, buffalo could become a lot more common. Nepal having such low population likely made this possible for everyone.
