I constantly have fantasies/daydreams of violence in which I beat up some guy who is doing something wrong/socially unacceptable.
It's very sad and surprising because IRL I am quite a peaceful person, in fact I am kinda weak physically (I struggle with benching more than 60 kilos).
How do I stop these intrusive thoughts?
