People from poor countries in Europe move to rich countries in Europe to do just what you want to do already.
The only way to move is to gain skills and sell them successfully.
Moving from India to a poor Eastern European country is probably not a good move in terms of income.

Problem with Oil rich (auto-excised) countries is they can just withhold ur wages and ur fucked.
If you can't make it in India you will not make it outside of India.
So find another work that you can do in India.

even stemcels have it hard, as a college student i get min. 2h of homework every day, add studying for 4-5 hours over 7 subjects broken into 2 blocks daily and 2 practice papers a week i get zero sleep, zero frens and zero free time besides bhach.
All this to get a 3.0 gpa and come back jobless with 2cr+ debt
