Actually, one of the core reasons the time feels faster now is because when you spend time I front of screen, your brain registers less of real memories.
This is because there's online memories are mostly built upon smol blocks of time.

2019, i was an introvert back then too but not a complete shut in. i had friends and used to go outside. even females used to interact with me back then.
