Nah bro religions aren't responsible for all human suffering not even close.
Humans were fighting and killing over resources, territory, and power for hundreds of thousands of years before any organized religion existed. Greed, ego, tribalism that's the real root cause,in our DNA from evolution.
Religions came way later and do two things:
> Sometimes justify greed and violence ("god is on our side" for example crusades, jihads etc)
> Often provide a moral compass: don't kill, don't steal, help the poor, be kind.
Without that moral push from religion, things might've been even worse. Temples, churches, gurudwaras still feed people, build schools, give hope in tough times.
Most suffering anyway comes from disease, disasters, poverty not wars or holy books. Even atheist regimes (Stalin, Mao) killed millions for power.
tldr: humans are the problem. Greed is the villain. Religion is just a tool can be used for bad or good.
Here blaming religion for everything is lazy. The trigger is pulled by us, not the gods.
