It wasnt always like this. ive cut off everyone from my life in the past few months thinking that maybe ill finally change and turn my life around. But no, it hasnt done anything. I now doomscroll yt shorts instead of talking to friends on insta/discord.
Nothings changed.
Do i just start working and force myself to keep working in hopes that i might get my head stuck in it? I dont like living like this
