even a monkey can code. Problem is reducing technical debt. Writing a code that is modular, has minimum side effects and will not require efforts in future if something needs to be changed. That is diff to write. 70% of male indian coders can't do it. 99% of indian female coders cant do it.

I am one of those 70% lmao, the amount of time my project fucking explodes when i integrate a new block of code. Then again, coding is mostly just fixing half the bullshit you created in the first place and trying to make sure you don't do it ever again for your dear life.
