Yaar dyaush, why did you lock the B2 thread? It was not a caste kanging thread. One good thread other than foidposting and you killed it. Anyways your favourite drone is probably rubbish. Look at the pic you posted. The panels gaps themselves increase radar signature. And proper stealth aircraft do not have vertical control surfaces which is why the B2 doesnt have a tail. And you are comparing a drone to an actual aircraft with tonnes of payload. Don't turn this place into reddit.

Anyone else who has problems can compare the R&D budget, defense budget and gdp of india and usa. We puch way above compared to our gdp and r&d. But obviously it needs discussion from someone who has not already made up mind based on his ill information.

Yaar that is my point. Indians are capable of doing great things given right environment and funding. The success of Agni, arihant and akash missiles are proof of that. But why do you keep bringing up CATS or some other drones? Do you think CATS can deliver bunker Busters inside a mountain like the B2? Drones will never replace manned aircraft. That is why America is making the successor to the B2 - B21 raider.

And India punches above its weight when it comes to defence R&D?. Check the defence spending of Sweden and India. And check the difference in quality of output. Their Saab erieye awacs is one of the best in the world. So are their conventional submarines and frigates. Pak uses their awacs. Without seething, please ask yourself a question, why is it that India shot down its own helicopter in 2019 conflict while no such incident happened in Pak? Because their awacs was better at that time. Don't know about 2025
