In exams like, JEE, NEET, GATE, CAT(only requires 3-5 months btw), you can easily secure 99th %ile with ease and most certainly you may find yourself landing in the 99.5+ %ile, but people 'fail' upsc. Something looks fishy af. I just checked the questions of csat this year and the supposedly diffuclt part of the paper involving quant looked like an avg CAT question.
