There's pretty much no incentive for India to attack pakistanis or bangladesh other than complete genocide of those countries.
And with pakistanis anything short of complete anhilation is a win. Islamists have similar mindset, either they are winning or they are completely getting genocided. Nothing in between.
Though in 1971 when the pakistan's eastern front collapsed they started appealing international community on 'humanitarian' grounds to save their 93000 soldiers.
