Every company that I come across in these job portals turn out to be toxic in some way or another. Reading these reviews just scares me and completely puts me off from applying for these jobs even if they suit my profile. I see these people crying and not being able to move on from their traumatic work experience they had at these companies. At some point I have to accept that all Indian companies are toxic and pajeets turn everything to shit but I think there is a limit to how much abuse one can tolerate. Some of the reviews I've come across are genuinely scary - supervision with cameras, loss of pay for even turning one minute late, yelling and abusive managers, etc.

Forget about your hike. 4. No skill development. 5. They won’t give KT( Knowledge transfer). 6. They wont give you more leaves if you avail you will be removed soon. 7. Don’t like work culture. 8. More politics, more discrimination between North people and South people. 9.
