Got it, what i understood from the convo with that someone is that NSDL itself is not issuing any new shares or raising new set of capital for growth etc..
Rather the existing investors are liquidating all of their stocks. Which is apparently a bit sus.
I don't delve into stocks other than sip etc. cuz i prefer to have a bit of sanity in my life.

dk about ndsl but i bought cdsl recent dip at @1215 and sold in like 3 months with over 60% return man these cdsl bse stocks made me good profit dk much about nsdl
