Most UCs are either indifferent or cordial towards dalits outside reservations issue. Reservation issue and bhimtagiri has been a major cause of strife. Prior to that, most UCs were rather benevolent towards dalits acting as their employers and guardians and understood they filled jobs that are important for a functioning society.
Outside of a few incidents of atrocities that are a statistical inevitability relations have been ok for the most part. Even today, in indian households, servants and maids are treated more like family than employers. I strongly believe bhim nignoggery has been a disaster.

Dalits know their place very well, they understand differences in IQ etc. the issue is that Western marxism has made them believe that these genetically predestined things don't matter and it's just all an evil conspiracy to keep them down.
There's actually a lot of data on how stupid dalits are compared to upper (indian)s. There were multiple reset moments in Indian history where it was a free for all for a short time and those who were talented rose up in the newly established hierarchies.
They failed the tests every single time. In fact the LC were so subhuman that even Abrahamics that entered India started maintaining (indian)s.
After the partition in Pakistan btw, there was a guy called J N Mandal who tried to guilt trip Pakistanis into making similar concessions as the Indian Hindus did - the Pakistani UC responded with slaughtering dalits until this guy fled back to India (where he started kanging... again ofc).
The "lowest" dalits/SC/ST/OBC are basically locked to areas within India only, they can't manage to leave and compete in other areas of India even. Handing these people jobs for free or giving them responsibilities is like giving a loaded gun to a child.
And yes, the whole Dalit bhimta movement only exists because certain subversive UC are allowing it and pushing for it - mainly so they can virtue signal outside of India.
I've btw never met any UC Hindu that went out of his way to harm, hurt or do worse to Dalits/SC/ST/OBC , on the contrary, most (indian) incidents that happen in India are usually OBC vs OBC SC ST often with people claiming to be from whatever allegiance gives them the most freebies.
