Desi paj tips aren't going to get you anywhere, you need to use ketacolazone shampoo twice a week for a month and when your dandruff goes away, you'll have to use RO or filtered water to rinse your hair thereafter or keep using the shampoo as long as you are in India, reason being water sources are full with dandruff causing fungus
