You goys should find a niche and see how much of it you can automate. Truth is this, manufacturing is lame and nobody wants to be labour for 15k, so automate that sheet and whatever jobs are there provide them with full facilities with decent pay and work life balance.

I would use half of it to buy land to quote literally build a town from scratch. One with some what acceptable level of architecture. Trees and good drainage, with probably solar panel. Maybe a very carefully designed, small but centralised temple. Essentially my own gurukul.
