I got challaned a few times for accidentally jumping a yellow light. It wasn't even red.
My number plate is completely muddy and dirty as well. Blocking the view if I accidentally jump a yellow light. Thullas can't staap me for a dirty number plate if my entire activa looks dirty. But if only the number plate is dirty, they can impose an even bigger penalty for intentionally hiding the number plate.

In my hometown, nobody cares and drives however they like without helmet.
In Dalli, there's a guaranteed chāllān for not wearing helmets or having more than two people on a bike or even the person behind not wearing a helmet.
I remember once we had a Telugu Unkil and aunty at my father's office back in the day. The Unkil and aunty wanted to borrow my father's bike for a bit. And the aunty made weird faces and refused to wear helmet as if I had asked her to convert to Twelver Shia Islam or something.
