I move a lot sadly. I do have one pc build but don't have to access to it due to my travel. It has linux with old games those are not an issue.

open it up and clean the fans, apply thermal paste if you know how to. i had wifi dissapearing issue in my asus tuf f15 and i cleaned it all and replugged wifi chip and the issue is all gone now.
