I agree that 2nd thread was removed by mistake because it got mixed with foid posts. We had enough reports about foid spams and they are well spams.
Yes i shouldn't dictate but there are few basic rules. One of them is keeping /meta/ in /meta/ and generally if there's a dedicated board for a topic use that instead of everything in /b/.
Enforcement can be a bit here there, it's also true that some care some don't about rules.
