From my gymmaxxing phase what i understood is if you play your cards right even a poorcel can gain a bit with the right sources.
Now this is assuming your goals arent that much bulk so i'm aiming for 1.2 to 1.5x protein gm to your bodyweight
First for vegcucks
1. Soya chunks ( costs like 10rs for 100g) beware of soy and and overeating can lead to indigestion
2. Spinach ( Red / Amaranth 25rs for like a bundle) i'd suggest eating as is and not like a side dish. great fibre source as well.
3. Curd / dahi / Milk sources. greek yogurt is shilled a lot as well other high protein shit( all pretty pricey) in here but i'd suggest you can have a lot of what you can just try to get it strained of fat.
Non veg chuds.
1. dried mackerel / anchovies i don't understand the economics of it but its cheaper than fresh for some reason (100g for like 50)
2. eggs preferable egg whites but poorcels can have like 4 whole eggs without any health issues.
3. chicken breast. this isnt poorcell tier. i just think its a bingeable source.
Non veg chuds have a lot of other options. my budget for protein per day was like 100 rs kek. so if i had that much for a month i'll buy as much soya as digestible then the rest between the other sources. Anons may contriboote to this thread with other poorfag hacks for gymcelling

You don't need 1.2x to 1.5x g of protein of your bodyweight - you need 1-2x g of protein for your LEAN bodyweight
anything more than that will simply be converted to sugar and ultimately fat while also straining your kidneys , liver and central nervous system
the right approach to finding the amount of protein and calories you need is estimating/measuring your body fat %
