i quit social media and despite crippling loneliness, i havent gone back to it. i wasnt very frequent on it in first place. as for porn, i dont know, i have been jerking off since i was 12. i dont think you can stop it unless you get pussy. for me, it builds up too much stress and i cant sleep or study then i have to coom to feel lightheaded.

Same with me yaar but there must be a way to get over this right? Aajkal toh coom karke bhi utna maza nahi aata lagta hai desensitise ho gayi hai pp. I want to reverse my dopamine receptors and rewire my pp nerves so I can feel more sensations like I used to.

It will usually take 3 months most for you to reset. But you need to understand that you have to quit it faithfully and also no softcore stuff in social media. You have to sit with the urges and let it pass when it arrives.
