milk and potatoes are enough. Potatoes actually have complete amino acid, superior protein compared to meat. So your most of the protein should come from milk and for 1-2 potatoes not everyday, maybe 3-4 times in a week.

It's overconsumption only because they don't burn enough. I eat 10 rotis in one sittng but my lifestyle is very active, i have walk 6-7 km everyday and shit, and when i a not walking i always do bodyweight stuff like pushups, squats and sweat it out. If you are burning enough energy you eat any crappy you want your body will break it all up and shit out next morning.

That's good. I have been thinking of doing short sprints every morning but I just can't find a good park. Short Sprint, rest 3 min then short sprint again, i hear it does wonder for testosterone levels. Just imagine, you are using your major muscle group for explosive action with aggresive demeanour.
