Spoke to someone who is in non-voice BPO just an hour or so ago. He said that AI will pretty much decimate all call center chamars because the job is pretty much attending calls, flagging tickets, and assigning agents to take care of problems that people call for, and an AI can pretty much do all of that easily. It's just a matter of adoption in first world countries at this point and he said his process just got closed and he is searching for jaab.
In these niqqer job portals that I use call center jobs pretty much cover 40% of the jobs (other 40% being sales and marketing) and that's pretty much it then.
