So this is how my life is normally .
> Be me
> Wakes up between 4-8 am .
> Eats breakfast
> Goes to sleep again
> Wakes up
> Scrolls , reads sth , scrolls again
> Lunch and again do nothing and rot on the bed
>Watch football if any good premier league matches are live .
> Sleep
> Repeat .
I sleep a lot . Is sleeping a lot a symptom of something like depression or sth like that ?
