Recite this, if you just don't know how to offer a prayer. You will be fine. Though usually tradition determines the sinhora has to be emptied in the river / pond, cleaned with water, dried under sun, and new sindoor must be filled in it before it is applied again. Besides that it happens, it's not like you smashed it on ground on purpose.
