Quit the gym, been going on a run for past 3 days and some stretching as gym was making my muscles too stiff.
I did 6 complete rounds of the 400m track medium pace, and 2 rounds of sprint today, feel so fucking good and energetic. It feels like my heart has been cleaned, feel so light around chest, don't feel depressed and dull anymore.
Running seriously is the best exercise, start going on a run yaaro, all it will take is like 25-30 mins.

There is one about 2 km from my village, pretty common, tracks may not be this clean and managed, but you can find tracks to run, mine in village is pretty thin, like 1/3 of the one in picrel, but it gets the work done
