You guys know about how fake experience in the IT sector? Well, I have come across two people who done this.
A schoolmate of mine paid 3 lakhs to an institute, got 3 months of devops training and got a job at Deloitte by faking his experience. Around 8.5 lpa salary
Another dude I met online paid 60K to an institute in Bangalore and similarly got a 8.5 lpa job as a java developer.
The former has been at Deloitte for a year and the latter has been in his company has been in ot for a few months. Neither seem to have been caught so far. Especially surprising that not even Deloitte has figured it out. ITcels genrerally discourage doing this saying you would get caught eventually. But idk, plenty seem to be working just fine and I heard that people in Andhra and Telangana do this a lot.
What do you guys think? Is it worth the risk? Do you know people who have done this? I don't have a lot of options as a 30+ NEET with nearly a decade of gap in the resume. So I'm kind of considering this as a last resort.

once you do get caught they will put it in your character certificate and you will never get another job

What's a character certificate? First time I hearing about this. I did hear you can be blacklisted on Naukri and all.

Someone I know worked as an assistant professor in a tier 69 college. He managed to get into a "placement" training institute where they taught him SQL or some shit for 3 months, then asked for 40k to provide a fake experience certificate that converted his 5+ years of teaching experience into an IT company at some company that never existed. The placement institute also gave him contacts and HRs whom he had to give interviews to (show off) and he got into a WITCH company.
During COVID they issued him a threatening warning that his certificates were found to be fraud and that if he doesn't leave legal action will be taken. So he left, but guess what, he joined a lala IT company and they didn't bother doing background verification, and he's working there presently.
I sniff my own farts thinking that I'm superior for having "values" in a doggie dog country like India so I won't do it but in reality I'm just a pussy and I have anxiety issues so I'll not sleep peacefully if I am paranoid about getting caught and sent to prison every day.

WITCH companies have the strictest background verification. So it's not surprising he got caught. I'm more surprised my friend in deloitte hasn't got caught.
Another thing. All ITcels have told me Devops is for experienced professionals. So how the hell has he been coping for 1 year without much trouble. It's mindboggling. He was one of the weakest students in our class and did majdoori in a textile company before this.

That's what I thought, but trust me, being a NEET is BETTER than so many things out there. You can be a quadriplegic or worst an assistant professor in a tier 138 engineering college.

You're not going to get 55+ in India as a fresher in anything. 55+ puts you in top 10% you know.

Yeah. I wish I had known about this earlier. In fact I wanted to learn IT as far back as 2018/19 but my thought it would be a waste of time and forbade me. Looking back I should've been firm. Could've been a 1+lakh lpa by now maybe or maybe I'm delusional.
Our family business was selling used textile machines from big factories but small businesses in our town have been in shambles for nearly a decade and my dad has been out of it for a similar time too. We have to rely on others, so I'm a bit worried.

Fresher market is fucked. At least, that's what I gleaned from r/developersindia. You would be competing with freshers with good projects, 300+ leetcode problems solved and other crazy shit while still not getting jaab.
Not saying it's impossible but it's very difficult. Need to apply for 1000+ jobs.
Also Dyaush. Wtf was I ip blocked?
