Probably 2 or 3 in the last 2 years?
One guy made a half broken mess and then quit when somebody spammed randi on it.
Another one installed a php imageboard engine and then forgot to keep it up.
A third project never came into being beyond a basic text box.

1. Try to choose a good Hindi font. Usually Hindi becomes unreadable on the internet because the font chosen has a very low size and doesn't show the diacritics and the curves well.
2. Have a corner for good/esoteric Hindi literature and stuff.
3. Start with less number of boards. Just /b/, /pol/ and /art/ or something
