I just realized that even if I got a gf nothing in my life will change other than having someone to talk to and do those cute couple things I see in reels.

In my 30's anon, and yes. It's not some magical experience, it just another human being. You can do cute things together, have sex, be emotionally supportive and that is it, their is nothing more & nothing less. It won't magically fix anyone's life.
The moral is just try to be a better person, have a good diet, get good sleep, maybe play outside a little, get some sun, enjoy your hobbies. Etc etc etc, no woman magically walks in and changes our life OP.
