This was long overdue.
Lower judiciary ki maa chod rakhi hai ye 23-24 saal ke zoomerjeet judges ne jo bas kaalege mein theory ratt-ratt ke judiciary crack kar lete hain aur fir judge sahib banke chutiya decisions dete hain.
Ab pehle apni gand ghisao courts mein 3 saal, fir dekho judge ban ne ke sapney.

Yaaar. These guys just stoody and stoody 24*7 in law school. Then eventually they crack judiciary exam in first or second attempt at the age of 23-24. Then they become judges because technically they have cracked judicial service exam which makes them eligible to be a judge. But in reality, without any prior exposure to courtroom practice, they don't know the finer aspects of day to day legal practice which you only learn when you go to courts. When they become judges, they don't know how to decide a matter and they give shitty haphazard decisions without the application of mind because there is a certain quota of "cases decided" they have to fulfill to be in the good standing of their High Court superiors.
I'll give you one example. In a recent money recovery suit we filed, the zoomerjeeta judge decided the matter in our favour. But "forgot" to include the costs of the suit in the judgement. We paid around ₹60k court fees for the recovery of around 10 lakh. Ordinarily, when a matter is decided in favour of the plaintiff, the judge decrees the suit with costs. Which means, the plaintiff will recover the 10 lakh including the court fee of rupees ₹60k from the defendants. But this zoomerjeeta forgot to include costs in her judgment. The result? We have to file an appeal to the district judge which will waste more time and money for recovery of the same amount. All this could've been avoided if she knew what she was doing.
