Operation is ongoing means DGMO ceasefire agreements and disengagement has not happened. Which means we will have to wait till 12pm of 12th May, only after that we will get complete picture.

The picture is clear if you open your senses. There were attacks last night on amritsar, jammu, srinagar, barmer and jaisalmer. If that does not constitute violation of ceasefire, I don't know what it means. There's also reports of a terrorist attack and gruesome killings, which I won't share in details here. That is an act of war as per the declaration yesterday.

Those are all from before Trump decided that there needs to be a ceasefire. After Trump made the decision of a ceasefire, there were attacks and terrorism as mentioned. It should've been seen as an act of war for GoI statement of yesterday evening. But they're making chutiyas out of people as is evident now.
