Maybe things are the way they are because thats just how it's meant to be, life is fickle and Hana and her kids too faced hardships. She had Okami until he was gone. Ame and Yuki had her mother and the entire village supporting them.
Unfortunately stars don't align on their own. Fortunately nothing is set in stone either so guess I will keep on trudging because I know I cant let down those who wished me well at some point.
