there s nothing specific like 4:3 anime. 4:3 is basically what TVs operated in the 90s and early 00s (very early). so you can find neon genesis in 4:3 (yeah dont watch the horrible netflix version for god s sake). you also have cowboy bebop as well, fullmetal alchemist, lain as well slam dunk.
you can clearly see the variety. my 4:3 love arises from the nostalgia and i ll be honest about it. it feels so cozy and conncts instantly. if you havent already watched eva, try watching it in 4:3 and 16:9 and see which one has more SOVL.
