I finished bakemonogatari (was an easy 8.5/10) and own all the light novels (yet to read them) but man Monogatari is one of the most unique pieces of fiction I have ever seen especially the anime series created by Shaft is just mind boggling almost like a visual orgasm plus when the track "Suteki Meppo" plays in the background while the scenes is filled with weird animation style gives a heavenly feel which very few pieces of fiction can replicated. I finished this anime last year but I still hum this song every now and then. Monogatari is truly just something you have to experience once in your life before you die
