Strikes of all kinds have proved to be largely useless in deterring anything, covert assassinations like that of mossad will also fail like it did with hamas. War is simply not viable because the military is a decade away from being ready to fight. The only viable option is doing kadi ninda (Diplomacy) and accepting that the pakis have played their hand masterfully here. The IWT abeyance thing is going to totally useless in deterring pakis in the near future (it will truly useful decades down the line) , indeed this will only net them more international sympathy. Bottom line we lost and they won, anything else people are saying is just desperate cope.
