Wdym bulletproof anon? It is much better than Kevlar but it won't make you bulletproof... certainly not from the heavier MG and BR calibres. It is very hard to mass manufacture with modern tech, maybe we'll see Graphene-Kevlar hybrids for body armor in the future.
As for tanks, Graphene is too brittle to be a replacement for WC, we'll prolly only see it replace traditional ceramics as it has better multi hit capability, but it just can't replace WC. So yea, it will become a part of composites but won't replace the core material. Tungsten Carbide is just king for now... There is diamine but that is too experimental, expensive and doesn't work beyond some very impractical "thicknesses".
