I’ve interacted with plenty of genuinely great Indian baddies, so I know those voices don’t represent everyone. On top of that, I’m an Indian citizen, so none of it affects me directly right now

this has changed me, i have become a misanthropist.
i have created a separate persona for venting by going alone in parks for walking , looking at other fellow humans with disgust,anger and hate.(not too obv), and put on some deathmetal while i gore them in my mind.
it is not too concerning because only my imaginative mind gets disturbed, if someone gets hurt or so (irl witnessing) , I get very emotional about it.
it will take time, but these will feel numb once you realise there are greater games to play or observe

Treat mainstream media like how boomers back in 1950s or 1980s used to treat neighborhoods they didn't live in.
There used to be street hoodlums of certain streets and they would be all unemployed people.
