i planning to build a dungeon related game. just like shadow fight there would be 10 floors each having long story line and lot of fights but with okayish kind of animation better if it is colorful .

So it depends on what kind of gameplay we are looking at. Is it shadow fight 2 silhouettes? 2d pixels? Realistic animations or 3d mmorpg games. Shadow fight 2 silhouttes would be cheapest. And you can probably do it yourself if you can. Rest animation, art piecs, backgrounds will take some money but pajeet unemployment can prolly make it do in few thousands.

Eh no. Designs are almost always outsourced. Theres just a head for it. Gameplay takes the longest part.

Building the game takes time and removing the buggs take restbof it. If one is dedicateda and he has complete idea of how he wants his game to looklike he can most probably commission his ideas to get designs by cheap country artists and get all his material on few months. But assuming he has fuck ton of money.

Unless you're making something like free fire or shadow fight 2 which could be done in just few months by yourself. We are talking in lakhs to crores.

Platforms just need their cut. Marketing is brutally expensive. Forget about it without sponser(there aren't).
